It's Bella-Rose and Georgie here, we are in the sports academy at school and have to research a particular sport and make a training programme. Our chosen sport is the triathlon, because of your success in this sport we would be very happy if you could answer a few questions of ours. These questions are:
1- How do you build your endurance for running/ triathlons?
2- What drills do you do to build your endurance, fitness and speed?
3- What food and drinks do you have before a race?
